What Happens Next?

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

• Investigate your concerns thoroughly and fairly.

• Contact you if we require any additional information.

• Provide you with the outcome of our investigation as soon as reasonably possible.

If the investigation takes longer than expected, we will keep you informed of our progress.

Our Aim

We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. Where we identify that a mistake has been made, we will take appropriate steps to correct it and, where necessary, improve our processes to prevent similar issues occurring in the future.
